The problem
Accounts teams reconcile their books against every party's statement by hand — two PDFs with different layouts and date formats, checked line by line to find the handful of entries that don't agree.
What we shipped
Ledger Matcher reads both PDFs, tells party statements from ledgers, normalizes dates and amounts, and matches entries day by day — preferring matches whose reference numbers agree. Batch mode takes a whole stack of PDFs, pairs each statement with its ledger by party name, and produces one combined report with a tab per party. Uploads are processed in a temporary workspace and discarded after each run.
